So, how did they do it?

One of our echoLearning clients distributes cellular wireless accessories to a large number of retail stores spread across the entire country. Their goal was simple, boost sales by ensuring that the sales reps in the stores know the products and know how to sell the products. The more they know...the more they sell...the more money made…simple! Even though the sales reps don’t work for them, they increased their sales by creating learning campaigns tied to incentive based promotions for the retail store owner. For example, retail stores receive discounts on product promotions if 80 percent or more of the sales reps successfully complete the learning module. Net result – increased sales and everyone wins with increased sales!
